Enjoyable overall experience. Genuinely helpful staff and superior accommodation. Perfect and exceptionally nice location with public parking if needed and really close to the Theatres or Cinemas of the center of town, supermarkets, and a quiet area. Neat double room, comfortable beds. Variety of facilities such as: a safe box, a sofa bed, and central heating.

The hotel is set in a lovely neighborhood. The atmosphere was pleasant, although some amenities were lacking, like a reliable shower and sufficient A/C. The basic breakfast was not ideal, but the staff were generally friendly.

Location was great, and price considering it was also very affordable. Room were clean and well equipped.
Service could've been a little bit nicer. it is hard to find if you go by the name on Google Maps, you have to enter the exact address for it. And there's no visible sign on the street announcing the hotel, in fact the big hotel sign says anothe name

dimensions of the room, firmness of the mattress, bedding is good percale and soft. small kitchen is practical. room has good natural lighting. It also has air conditioning and Wi-Fi network works quite well. I would like to emphasize here the extraordinary friendliness of the cleaning staff.
They should indicate the full name of the establishment because it gives rise to doubt: "Apartamentos Orión- (Bluesense)". That to access reception from the street you must go up a section of about 10 steps. reception area is strange and anti-ergonomic, although the staff is polite and correct. lifts are very unkempt and landings and outside of the room doors look awful. They should take more care of the details: rubbing on the walls, dented tile in the bathroom, kitchen cupboards without bumpers hitting, small trash can in the bathroom, some splashes of plaster or varnish, one of the reading lamps in the bed was not working. Another pillow of different firmness would be desirable, larger TV, because at the height and distance it is difficult to see clearly and less at night when you try to have the volume to the minimum to not disturb. Some more utensils are missing in the kitchen, as well as 2 cups of a breakfast size (mugs) (there was only 1 and very small). leaves of the shower screen did not close properly, so some water splashed out. entrance door is not well adjusted and watertight, it lets light and current through all the chinks. There is no sign to hang outside the door telling the cleaning staff "Do not disturb". Although it is not the fault of the establishment, there is an adjacent building under construction and they coincide in the interior patio, that is translated in noises, vibration by the perforations and dust. They could well include breakfast in the price, especially given the inconvenience.

Value for money for the unbeatable area. The apartment is renovated and has a small well equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic hob and mini fridge). Complete bathroom. The doors were going to be changed during the next week (as I have seen negative comments about it). For the price of the totally acceptable breakfast, to choose between churros, croissant or toast and drink included in the bar right next to the apartments. The receptionist who attended us on our arrival, a charming and super friendly.
We all have good days and bad days, but when you work in front of the public, you have to hide the bad ones. Even though he was not direct with us, we did not like to see the treatment that some guys were receiving in front of us because of a problem with the reserve that he practically threw out until the next day.

The hotel property was superior with favourable and great location not far from the city centre of Madrid. Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was tiny...
Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

The location was fantastic for exploring Madrid, with easy bus access and proximity to great breakfast spots. We also appreciated the comfortable beds after long days with our family and three dogs. The amenities like air conditioning and a fridge were useful too.
My wife says that the room cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

I really chose this lodging because of its location. It needed to be close to the Italian embassy. I had been well informed before booking, so I knew what I would find. It's got some remodeled parts but some not. So, there was no surprise factor. There are areas that are very good and others ( the doors ) that are scary. The location is excellent. Everything I needed: supermarket, pharmacy, cosmetics store. everything very close. For breakfast there are lots of great places next door. I chose OLMEDO, 200m away with some super cheap breakfasts. A step from the nearest subway and a very nice walk to the center. The staff was very nice. So for a night's stay, it's fine. The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean.
The hotel renovation is still to be completed.

The location was unbeatable and nice, the staff was hospitable. A double room was brand-new and neat. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath.

The treatment of the staff is pleasant, the room is a good size and corresponds with the photos that appear on the web. Comfortable beds, correct bathroom, good location and with enough atmosphere (at least in the weekend), since it is an area with many restaurants and shops.
The apartment we moved out of had a kitchen but was missing a microwave and cleaning products to wash the dishes or cutlery that were used. It would also be better if instead of a sofa (which was not a bed) the room had a table so that we could eat more peacefully. Another point to improve are the doors of the rooms, to which a coat of varnish or paint would not be bad because they give quite bad appearance, on the other hand, highlighted are the "doors" that some guests give when leaving or entering their rooms and if you have trouble falling asleep or easy to wake up, you will hear them all.
